Take Heart Chosen as Charity Partner by G&H for 2026

We are incredibly proud to share some exciting news: Take Heart has been selected as one of two official charity partners for 2026 by G&H, based in Pudsey. This is a huge honour for our charity and a wonderful recognition of the impact our volunteers make within the community.A Shared Commitment to Making a Difference

For 2026, G&H have chosen two charity partners:

• Take Heart

• Forget Me Not Children's Hospice, based in Huddersfield

G&H have set an ambitious £50,000 fundraising target for the year, which will be shared between the two charities. This support will help both organisations continue to deliver vital services to people who need them most.

What This Means for Take Heart

Take Heart is run entirely by volunteers, and we are proud that 99% of all money raised goes directly towards supporting our charitable activities. Being chosen as a charity partner means more than just fundraising—it is about building a partnership rooted in shared values, community spirit, and compassion.

The funds raised through this partnership will help us continue to provide:

• Social events and trips

• Opportunities to improve wellbeing for cardiac patients.

• Ongoing support for people within Yorkshire Heart Centre
