I was delighted to go along to the RAOB meeting of the Wharfedale Province and receive a cheque for the sum of £3520.00. This generous donation was raised through the members efforts after a year’s activities e.g. Raffles Beard Shaving etc. The Take Heart Charity was nominated by Mr Peter Cundall who was last year Provincial Grand Primo, this following the time he spent as a patient in the Yorkshire Heart Centre. It was my pleasure to present Peter with a Certificate of Appreciation. Following their warm welcome and the presentation, I was treated to their supper of Yorkshire Pudding and stew.
