...Making life better for Yorkshire Heart Patients

Take Heart raises money for the patients and staff of the Yorkshire Heart Centre. Projects include the provision of a roof garden at LGI, free Patientline TV for all heart patients, refurbishment of areas in the Heart Departments and the supply of equipment such as ECG machines.

The Queen has already honoured the chairman of Take Heart, and today, the Chief Executive of Leeds Hospital Trust, Maggie Boyle, presented a plaque to the chairman, Colin Pullan MBE in recognition of Take Heart’s magnificent achievement of raising over Two Million Pounds for the Yorkshire Heart Centre.
