A small group of trustees and their friends gathered in the Take Heart Seminar
room on Christmas Eve to distribute gifts to those patients who were
unfortunate enough to spend Christmas in hospital.
This has become a regular annual event and, apart from giving a little bit
of happiness to patients, it is always humbling to see the truly hard
working nurses and doctors working diligently and cheerfully while most
of the population are enjoying festivities with their families and friends.
