CHRISTMAS EVE
AT THE HEART CENTRE IN LGI

As has become customary, a group of 30 people - trustees and volunteers, came into Leeds General Infirmary on Christmas Eve and toured all the Heart Wards, following the choir, distributing presents from Take Heart to those patients unfortunate enough to be spending their Christmas in hospital.

Although some were too ill to acknowledge our presence, in which case a gift was left quietly at their bedside, most were happy to see a friendly face and have a chat.

The evening confirmed again just how fantastic the staff are in the Heart Centre.
