the support which Take Heart gave them over their very difficult

thought I would let you know how I am getting on. With 8 weeks to
go until the marathon I am up to 76 miles a week, with my longest
runs at 20 miles. I've had some very difficult training sessions,
but knowing I'm doing this for such a good cause is giving me strength
to carry on when I feel like giving up!
friend suggested I aim to raise £500 for Take Heart. I initially
thought this was a bit ambitious, but so far I have raised £230
sponsorship, not counting gift aid! I am so pleased to be able to
you for giving me this opportunity.
is us who should be thanking you Jocelyn. We're very grateful!
